I always felt deeply connected to and inspired by nature. Growing up surrounded by bushland in the Perth Hills with the ever changing seasons and wildflowers. I feel incredibly lucky to live and create in such a beautiful and unique part of the world.
I’ve been painting surreal nature scenes professionally for over a decade, always drawn to the details of plants and animals. My path into floristry came unexpectedly. I was feeling a little lost in the world and found myself working at a flower wholesaler. What began in the warehouse quickly turned into creating bouquets, and I’ve been completely immersed in the craft ever since.
While painting will always be my first love, floristry has become my creative focus.
Sustainability is at the heart of what I do. I prioritise locally grown flowers, design using reusable mechanics, and avoid floral foam and unnecessary plastics wherever possible.
I now create from a cute home studio in the bush near Mundaring, alongside my kelpie, Phoenix, and my two horses, Khan and Arabel. When I’m not working with flowers or painting, you’ll likely find me outdoors exploring nature with my dog.
Thanks for stopping by, pleased to meet you :)
